What are the prices this year?

Our prices vary by season, special periods or holidays. It is best to always check the arrival and departure dates on the same website since the prices are always updated there.

Before booking, you can calculate the price of your stay yourself very easily in our reservation area

You can add extras such as:

Extra tent: it is an additional tent on the same plot
Extra car: implies an additional car on the plot or a campsite parking lot depending on the type of plot.
Electrical connection: not all plots have electrical connection so it is additional to the cost of the stay

How can I reserve a plot?

You can reserve your pitch online from our reservation area by selecting the date of your arrival and departure and the type of pitch you are looking for.

You can indicate comments in the reservation, specifying your needs and preferences so that we can consider them when assigning you a plot.

Although we assign the plot, we read the comments of each reservation.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation number as well as the campsite regulations providing you with the information you need before your arrival.

Payment for your reservation is made quickly and securely, in advance, through our website. It can be done by credit or debit card or transfer using the same payment gateway. * Remember that if payment is by bank transfer, you must send us the receipt to be able to locate your reservation.

Low season

We ask for 100% payment in advance at the time of booking.

Mid and High Season

We ask for 30% in advance.
The rest of the payment (70%) is made before arrival after receiving the Check In Express email.

What is Express Check In?

Before your arrival at the campsite, you will receive an email from Check In Express to complete the details of your reservation (upload photos of your identification document, missing data and complete the payment in case there is still a pending amount).

Express Check In gives you priority over other campers when entering the campsite reception and knowing the pitch number that we have assigned, since all the information is already registered in our system.

Can I choose my plot when booking?

When you book at the campsite, we are reserving a pitch with the characteristics you have selected.

In the Observations field, if you know the campsite, you can tell us what pitch numbers you would like and we always do our best to fulfill your wishes.

However, we cannot guarantee 100% that we will offer you that plot exclusively since it is possible that there is already a person occupying this plot on the dates of your stay or that they may decide to stay a few more days on the same plot. In these cases, we do our best to give you a plot with similar characteristics.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

The check-in and check-out time is the same: 12 noon.

If you arrive before 12 noon and there is no space, you can leave your car in the parking lot, your luggage in storage, and take a dip in the beaches or relax in our restaurant until check-in time.

Would you like to extend your stay until after 12 noon? If there is space, you can check with Reception if there is the possibility of doing a Late Check Out.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation for free?

High Season (From 7/1 to 8/31):

Cancellation 4 days before scheduled arrival date:
- Full refund of payment.

Low and Medium Season (From 1/4 to 30/6 and From 1/9 to 1/11):

Cancellation 1 day in advance:
- Full refund of payment.

If you do not cancel before these dates or do not show up on the day of arrival, a minimum of €20 will be charged as administration fees or 30% of the reservation, whichever is the greater.

Do I need cancellation insurance?

We recommend yes! If you cannot attend for any of the 25 reasons covered, the full amount advanced would be refunded (less the cost of insurance).

Can I bring my dog or cat to my plot?

Yes, pets are welcome on the Moby Dick Camping pitches, and they can even enjoy a refreshing bath in the adapted showers.

However, in order to improve the experience and guarantee good coexistence between our guests, it is mandatory that they remain tied and under the control of their owners at all times.

Can I reserve plots together?

Yes, you can book multiple pitches together by following these steps:

Reserve the first plot.
1. Select the date of your stay.
2. Choose the type of plot you want.
3. Indicate in the “Observations” field the name of the person from the other reservation with whom you wish to be tar next
4. Complete the reservation and receive the confirmation email.
Reserve the second plot.
1. Repeat steps A and B.
2. Indicate in the “Observations” field the name of the person on the reservation with whom the first reservation was made and you wish to be next to.
3. Complete the reservation and receive the confirmation email.
Do the procedure again with as many reserves as you need.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to join pitches together, especially in high season or when doing so at short notice.

We recommend that you contact us in advance to ensure that we can combine the plots. For more information do not hesitate to contact us.

Can barbecues be done?

Camping regulations do not allow barbecues or other types of fire. Only gas stoves and barbecues are allowed.

How do I keep my plot clean?

Our clients maintain the cleanliness of their plots by making sure to eliminate their garbage daily. This prevents the arrival of insects.

It is mandatory to recycle garbage as indicated on the containers located at the campsite exit.

Do you rent refrigerators at the campsite?

We work with Rentit.es, a company that rents refrigerators to camping clients and that brings the refrigerator to the pitch on the day of your arrival and collects it on the day of departure.
