How can I book a bungalow?

You can book your bungalow online from our booking area.

You can indicate comments in the reservation, specifying your needs and preferences so that we take them into account when assigning the bungalow.

Even though we assign the bungalow, we read the comments of each reservation.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation number as well as the campsite regulations providing you with the information you need before your arrival.

The payment of your reservation is made quickly and securely, in advance, through our website. It can be done by credit or debit card or by transfer to the same payment gateway. Remember that if the payment is by bank transfer, you must send us the proof so that we can locate your reservation.

Low Season

We ask for 100% of the payment in advance at the time of booking.

Medium and High Season

We ask for 30% in advance.
The rest of the payment (70%) is made before arrival after receiving the Check In Express email.

What are the prices for this year 2024?

Our prices vary depending on the season, special periods or holidays. It is always best to consult the entry and exit dates on the website itself as the prices are always updated there.

What is Check In Express?

Before your arrival at the campsite, you will receive a Check In Express email to complete your reservation details (upload photos of your ID, missing data and complete the payment if there is still an amount pending).

Check In Express gives you priority over other campers when you go to the campsite reception and to know the bungalow number we have assigned, as all the information is already registered in our system.

Is there a minimum stay to book?

Yes. Depending on the season, the minimum number of nights varies from 2 nights in low season to 5 nights in high season.

Consult the booking area, to check the availability within the dates of your interest, which will depend on this minimum established.

Can I choose the bungalow when booking?

When booking a bungalow at the campsite, you are booking a bungalow with the characteristics you have selected.

In the Observations field, if you know the campsite, you can tell us which bungalow number you would like and we always do our best to fulfill your wishes.

However, we cannot guarantee 100% that we will offer you this bungalow exclusively as it will depend on other reservations. In any case, we will do our best to assign you a bungalow with similar characteristics.

What is the arrival and departure time?

Arrival time is at 3:00 p.m. and departure time is at 11:00 a.m.

If you arrive before 3:00 p.m., you can leave your car in the campsite parking lot, your luggage in the storage room, and take a dip in the beaches or relax in our restaurant until check-in time.

If you need flexibility in your arrival or departure times, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to help you.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation for free?

There are a number of cancellation conditions, depending on the season:

High season (from 5/7 to 25/8):

Cancellation more than 30 days in advance:
- Refund of 60% of the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellation less than 30 days in advance:
- No refund.

Low and mid season (from 1/4 to 4/7 and from 26/8 to 1/11):

Cancellation more than 7 days in advance:
- Refund of 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
- A €35 administration fee will be charged.
Cancellation less than 7 days in advance:
- No refund.

Do I need to bring my own towels and sheets?

Our clients prefer to bring their own towels and sheets as there is no charge for this.

The sizes of the sheets are:

Double beds: 135cm
Single beds: 90cm

If you prefer us to provide them, there will be a cost of €10 per person staying.

Can I bring my dog or cat to my pitch?

No. In order to provide the best possible experience, Camping Moby Dick strives to keep its facilities in perfect condition. This is why pets are not allowed in the bungalows.
